Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Adicle (“Adicle,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Adicle website, application, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Adicle does
Adicle is a tool for direct-to-consumer brands. You provide a product URL; Adicle reads publicly available details from that page, then writes, designs, and helps you publish long-form pre-sell landing pages (advertorials and listicles). You can edit those pages and publish them to platforms you connect, such as Shopify, or export them.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping it accurate.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content and ownership
“Your Content” means the URLs you submit, images you upload, edits you make, and the landing pages generated for you. As between you and Adicle, you own Your Content and the pages you generate and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you — for example, to crawl a URL you submit, generate a page, save your work, and publish it to a store you connect.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and to publish the pages you create, and that doing so does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate the rights or privacy of others.
- Submit URLs or content you do not have the right to use, or copy the wording, structure, or design of another company’s page.
- Publish false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims — including fabricated statistics, reviews, testimonials, or press mentions. Any proof used on a page must be genuine and traceable to the source brand.
- Create pages for prohibited, unsafe, or fraudulent products, or for content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring the pages you publish comply with all applicable advertising laws and with the rules of any platform where you run traffic (for example Meta, TikTok, or Shopify). We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
AI-generated content
Adicle uses automated systems, including AI, to generate copy and design. AI output can contain mistakes or inaccuracies. The generated page is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every claim before you publish or run traffic to it. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
Intellectual property in the Service
The Service itself — including Adicle’s software, templates, page-generation systems, prompts, design, and branding — is owned by Adicle and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described here. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
Third-party services and connected stores
The Service relies on third parties (such as hosting, AI, crawling, and email providers) and can connect to platforms you authorize, such as Shopify. When you connect a store, you authorize us to take actions on your behalf — such as publishing pages — using the access you grant. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control. You are responsible for your relationship with, and compliance with, any platform you connect.
Fees and paid plans
Some features of the Service are, or will be, offered for a fee. Pricing, plan details, and trial terms shown on the site are provisional until paid plans launch, and may change. If you purchase a paid plan, the specific price, billing period, and terms presented at checkout will apply, and payment will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any page you create will achieve any particular result, conversion rate, or sales outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adicle and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Adicle harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, the pages you publish, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in the United States will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
