Privacy Policy

Adicle(“Adicle,” “we,” “us”) provides a tool that helps direct-to-consumer brands generate and publish long-form landing pages from a product URL. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Adicle you agree to this policy.

We collect the following, and only what we need to run the service:

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password, or — if you use “Continue with Google” — your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• Content you provide. The product URLs you submit, images you upload, and the landing-page content generated for you and any edits you make to it.
• Connected stores. If you connect a Shopify store, we store your store’s address and an access token needed to publish pages on your behalf. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Automatic information. Basic usage and log data (such as pages visited and actions taken), cookies used to keep you signed in, and technical diagnostics used to detect and fix errors.

We do not currently collect payment or card information. If we introduce paid plans, this policy will be updated to describe how payment data is handled (payment details would be processed by a dedicated payment provider, not stored by us directly).

• To provide the service — crawl the URL you submit, generate pages, save your work, and publish to your connected store.
• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the product.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf so the product can function, and only as needed:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — AI text generation from the facts we extract.
• Firecrawl — crawling the product URL you submit.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose “Continue with Google.”
• Shopify — publishing pages to a store you connect.
• Resend — sending transactional email.
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see “Your choices” below). Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials such as store access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update your account information, disconnect a connected store, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the email below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information (such as rights to access, correct, delete, or port it). To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Adicle crawls URLs you provide and can publish pages to platforms you connect, such as Shopify. Those sites and platforms have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Pages you publish are public once live.

Adicle is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
